JENPAUH 2016 Counseling Schedule to be Announced This Week
As WBJEEM counseling for medical and dental courses are coming near to end, Department of Health and Family welfare, West Bengal is ready to announce the counseling schedule for JENPAUH 2016 by this week end. JENPAUH 2016 results were already announced on 13th August 2016 and candidates who qualified in the exam are eagerly waiting for the counseling which was long due. West Bengal health department held a high level meeting on 4th October 2016 about JENPAUH counseling and as per our sources counseling schedule will be announced this week without any major changes as compared to last year.
JENPAUH 2016 counseling for B.Sc. Nursing courses has already being conducted by WBMCC and final round of counseling is going on, counseling for BAMS, BHMS, BPT, BUMS and BASLP courses are only left. Counseling venue for admissions to left over courses will be “Swasthya Bhawan, Salt lake Kolkata”. Detailed date and time will be announced in the schedule as per rank and category of the candidates, candidates have to appear in person to the counseling venue according to the published schedule. Candidates are only allowed in to the counseling venue and candidates who are unable to present in person, parents of the candidates will be allowed to attend the counseling, provided an authorization by the candidate along with valid proof is submitted by the parent.
Candidates will have to submit duly filled prescribed application form affixed with a photograph duly signed by a gazetted officer. Candidates have to carry the JENPAUH 2016 Admit card, Rank card, 10+2 mark sheet, Age proof and any other required documents with one set of attested copies to the counseling hall. Candidates have to submit the filled application on his/her counseling date along with Rs.100/- as counseling fee.
Candidates will be called according to the rank for personal appearance, and will be given option to select a seat from the available courses. Once candidate choose an option for admission in a particular stream, no change into another stream is allowed. Candidates allotted with seat have to pay a sum of Rs 3100/- to secure the seat.
Candidates have to report the admitting institute within 7 days from the seat allotment. Re counseling will be done only between the candidates among the same system of medicine.
