NEET – MDS 2017 Application Process Step by Step
NEET – MDS 2017 registration window will be available from 26th September to 31st October 2016. Registration process includes creating profile, filling the NEET- MDS application, schedule the exam date & venue and making payment of exam fee.
Step-1 (Create Profile)
Candidates have to create the profile providing name (as in BDS certificate), gender, Email-id, father name, mother name, contact information, user name and password (for future logins). Once the profile is created candidates cannot alter the information provided during profile creation. Candidates have to upload his/her soft copy of photograph and signature on the profile page as it is mandatory to complete the profile.
Step-2 (Filling NEET – MDS application)
After successful creation of profile candidates will be navigated to exam selection screen where candidates have to select and save NEET – MDS from the dropdown menu. Candidates have to provide nationality and DOB, and have to select the category (General or OBC/SC/CT) for all India 50% quota seats. In next step candidates have to enter the domicile state, marks of identification, DCI/SCI registration and Aadhaar card number (if available) to move to next section.
Candidates have to enter the educational details like total aggregate marks obtained in BDS, name of the institution, month & year of passing.
In the next section candidates have to upload the image of photo-id and dental council registration certificate. Candidates have to sign the declaration to proceed for the next step to schedule the exam.
Step-3 (Schedule the exam)
In this step candidates can choose the exam location available from 41 test cities across India and schedule date & session. Availability of exam date and location is first cum first serve based, so candidates can only select the available options. Once candidate select the location, system will show the available venues in the particular location to choose, where candidates can click the “schedule appointment” button to move forward for session date & time.
System will show the available date & time of the selected venue and candidates can select the date and session time to finalize the date & time by selecting “Click & Finish” button. Once the exam date & time is scheduled candidates won’t have option to reschedule or cancel the exam.
Step-3 (Fee Payment)
Once the test venue, date & time is selected system will navigate to payment section for fee payment of NEET –MDS 2017. Candidates have to pay the required fee by online mode only from available gateways to finish the application process for NEET – MDS 2017. Upon successful fee payment system will redirect to confirmation page where candidates can review the application for correctness of information provided, and have an option to edit the application.
Exam fee for NEET – MDS 2017 is Rs 3750/- (Rs 2750/- for SC/ST/PWD)
Candidates will receive the summary of application submitted upon successful submission of NEET – MDS 2017 application.
