KEAM 2017 Application fee and payment modes

CEE Kerala has released KEAM 2017 notification inviting applications from 1st February 2017. Every year CEE Kerala conducts common admissions for eligible candidates into Engineering, Architecture, Medical and allied courses. From 2017 onwards KEAM entrance test is held only for engineering aspirants. Medical and Dental admissions will be carried out through NEET UG 2017 merit and Architectural admissions will be based on NATA 2017 scores.

All the candidates who are willing to join into Engineering, Architecture, Medical and allied courses have to apply for KEAM 2017. CEE is accepting applications in online mode only. The applicants have to pay the application fee either online or through e-challan.

Application fee payment through online mode

The applicants who wish to pay the KEAM 2017 application fee through online may pay through credit card / debit card / internet banking. Upon successful payment of fee through online a payment confirmation page will be generated and displays the message “Transaction successful”.  On any failure of payment, “Transaction unsuccessful” message will be displayed. It is advised to candidates to check the candidate’s home page for payment updation. If the page turns green one could confirm that fee payment is made.

The candidates appearing KEAM 2017 with in India have to pay the sum of Rs.800/- (Rs.400/- for SC categories) against application fee. Application fee is completely waived for ST candidates. The applicants who are willing to appear the examination at Dubai test center have to pay an additional sum of Rs.12000/- as application fee and only be paid through online.

Application fee payment through e-challan

CEE Kerala has facilitated the applicants to pay the KEAM 2017 fee through e-challan. The applicants can pay the fee through e-challan at selected SBT branches in India. The payment can also be made at post offices in Kerala state. The applicants have to take a printout of the e-challan which was generated after online submission of application and has to present at the bank/post office.  For e-challan payment some processing charge will be levied by the bank/post office. After payment the counter foil must be collected and have to check for the payment updatation in the candidate’s home page. All the payments shall be done on or before the last date of online application submission which is 27th February 2017.

After payment of the fee, applicants shall take a printout of the application and need to affix the photograph of applicant identical to the uploaded one and shall be duly attested by the head of the institution or by a Gazetted officer. The candidates shall send the print out of the application along with supporting documents to the “office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, 5th Floor, Housing Board Buildings, Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram – 695 001” to reach on or before 28th February 2017.
