NMAT by GMAC 2017: Two Days Left For Applying

Last date for applying to NMAT 2017 to be conducted by Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) is 3rd October without late fee. Just two days are left to apply, for those who are willing to take admissions to graduate management programmes through NMAT. The test score is accepted by about 20 business schools across India for admissions in to MBA and various after graduation business management programmes offered by them. NMAT 2017 test window will be available for 75 days from 7th October 2016 to 20th December 2016.

Application process for NMAT by GMAC involves 2 steps, in first step candidates have to register for NMAT by GMAC on nmat.org.in. In second step candidates have to submit a separate application form for each institute/university on the respective institute website to complete the application registration process.

For registering with nmat.org.in candidates have to create an account using Name, Country, Mobile number, Valid E-mail ID and desired password for future logins. After creating account candidates have to provide information of personal, contact, educational and work experience. Then have to select up to 7 programmes to which scores are to be sent, and provide valid ID proof details to be shown while appearing the test. Candidates can select additional programmes to send the NMAT score at a cost of Rs.200/-(excluding taxes applicable) per every additional programme in excess to 7 programmes.

A photograph that will be printed on admit card has to be uploaded to continue, which shall likely to the candidate and to the photograph on the primary ID proof. In next step candidate will be prompted to pay the test fee (Rs.1700/-) by online mode using available payment gateways. Upon successful fee payment candidate will be allowed to schedule the exam date and test centre. NMAT 2017 is conducted in 32 test centres in 24 cities across all zones in India. After scheduling the test candidate can download the admit card from the dashboard.
