KEAM 2016: Verification of Marks Data Submitted to be Done by 16th June
Candidates who have qualified in KEAM 2106 have to verify the ‘Marks data submitted’ for the purpose of preparation of rank list, to the CEE Kerala website before 5:00PM on 16th June 2016. Process for submission of marks data along with self attested copies of 10+2 marks sheets was initiated by examination authority between 2nd and 13th this June.
Marks data that was submitted online by the candidates are under scrutiny and will be published in the CEE Kerala website on 15th and 16th this month for verification by the candidates. To verify the marks data candidates have to login to the website using application number and roll number, then have to click the link 'Verification of Marks Submission'. Candidates will be asked for password and key number by giving which they can view the marks data submitted by them.
The candidates shall ensure its correctness by verifying their marks, Board of qualifying examination, Year of passing and NATA Score (for B.Arch Course). If any changes are found to be required, the same have to be taken to the notice of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations before 5:00PM on 16th this month.
To request changes one has to submit prescribed proforma available by clicking ‘Proforma for Change in Mark Details’ link in the portal along with the self attested copies of original marks sheets obtained in 10+2 exam and NATA score card. Ranks List will be prepared based on the marks finalized after considering the changes requested by the candidates if any.
Candidates who have not submitted or submitted defective Marks Data Sheet will see a memo on the candidate’s home page on the website. In such case candidates can submit the ‘Marks Data Sheet’ by submitting the filled up proforma for RESUBMISSION OF QUALIFYING EXAMINATION MARKS along with required self attested documents to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
All communications in this regard should be submitted directly to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, 5th Floor, Housing Board Buildings, Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram – 695 001 so as to reach his office on or before 5 pm on 16th June 2016.
