Dr.NTRUHS Entrance Exam for MD Ayurveda 2016 - 27th September is The Last Date to Apply
Schedule for M.D. Ayurveda Entrance Exam 2016 is announced and 27th September is last date to apply. Dr. N.T.R. University of Health Sciences is conducting the entrance exam on 08th October 2016 and aspirants can apply to the exam through online from the Admissions portal. University conducts M.D. Ayurveda 2016 Entrance exam to derive the merit of candidates to fill the Doctor of Medicine in (M.D.) Ayurveda offered at 3 affiliated colleges in Andhra & Telangana states.
Candidates willing to apply have to register online and a onetime registration is required to complete the application process. Candidates have to pay the fee online by remitting Rs 3000/- (Rs 2700/- for SC/ST) against registration fee. Upon successful fee payment an application number and password will be provided and candidates can use the same to login to fill the other details to complete the application process. Candidates have to upload the soft copy of Photograph and Signature in the prescribed format during the form filling and once all the data is provided candidate can complete the process by clicking the “complete application” form button. Once the button is clicked candidate cannot edit/alter the information provided in the application form.
Candidates have to take a printout of the filled application form and have to attest the photograph at specified space. Duly signed application form and all the necessary documents shall be forwarded to “The Convener PG admissions committee Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences Vijayawada” before 1st October 2016. All the photocopy documents and pasted photograph should be attested by a gazzeted officer. Candidates have to put the left hand thumb impression in the printed application without fail as candidature may be rejected.

List of documents to be submitted along with application form
- Attested Xerox copies of all marks statements from 1st year BAMS to Final year BAMS.
- Attested copy of Medical Registration from the respective State Medical Council.
- Attested copy of the Compulsory rotating internship certificate mentioning date of completion of internship.
- Attested copy of Provisional or Original Degree certificate.
- The candidate shall enclose Study certificate of the Principal of the college where he / she completed the BAMS Course.
- If the applicant is studied in two places, they should submit 6th to BAMS course study certificate for deciding local area of the applicant.
- If applicant has not studied BAMS course in the state of Andhra Pradesh shall submit the relevant certificate as per regulation (Domicile Certificate etc.. from therespective State Competent Authorities)
- Attested copy of latest social status certificate (permanent caste certificate).
- Certificate of service particulars in case of in-service candidates issued by concerned Director.
- Discontinuance certificates issued by the concerned Principal, if he/she is PG
